Over two hours just to do an oil change and wheel rotation and that's with an appointment. Ridiculous! Take your vehicle elsewhere. Ah! After two hours I just got my vehicle back and the sales person says, get this: "The front tires are 10/32 and the rear tires are 9/32 so your already have the best tires in front so we didn't rotate them". So, because the tires are wearing unevenly, you didn't rotate them. Brilliant! So two hours just to do the oil change and some lame excuse as to why they didn't rotate the tires. I wouldn't bring my bicycle here to get the chain oiled.

They are extremely busy but they are upfront when you set the appointment that it will take a while. It is worth it to have a company to honest and busy. Busy means they are doing something right. The manager Niles is so friendly!

Great shop, very friendly and professional crew. Will walk you through all your options with no pressure. Time frame was exactly what they send it would be. You won't be disappointed, and they are opened on Sundays which is really good for emergencies.

This review has nothing to do with the work that they do, but the appointment issue and bad customer service they give when you walk in for service. I understand everyone is busy, especially in the morning, but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect a customer. Owner/Management really needs to have a talk with some of their employees regarding customer service.
