We recently were in need of new window coverings for our home. My friend had recommended Superior Blinds so I decided to give them a call. I got an estimate for different windows coverings and decided to get honeycombs. They told me it would take 3 weeks to have them installed but, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after 2 weeks and came to install them. I am 100% satisfied with Superior Blinds. I love my new honeycombs! I would definitely recommend Superior Blinds to anyone one that's looking for good quality window coverings.

Great service!!! They were efficient, clean and quick at the time they installed my blinds. The best part is that a few months later I had misplaced the remote control in my master bedroom. When I called them I was expecting to be charged for a new one. TO MY SURPRISE THEY SENT OUT ONE OF THEIR INSTALLERS WITH A NEW REMOTE TO REPROGRAM MY SHADES. Best part of all they did not charge me for the remote!!!! ☺ I would definitely recommend Superior blinds!!

We were moving into a new house and received many quotes and some even lower than this company. It was such great experience at the beginning. We got the estimate, the guy who came out to install blinds was on time and very helpful. He helped us make some great decisions for window coverings. He measured all of the windows. The day came to install the blinds and they tech installed them very fast, within 1 hour for about 14 windows. The tech left and we noticed that there was one window missing and wondered what happened. We ended up calling the office and spoke to the lady who works the front desk. She was the most impolite. She was not understanding at all and questioned everything I said. She told us that we were only quote for 13 windows and not 14. She made it seem like it was our fault that we didn't get the correct estimate. She was not helpful at all and did not offer a solution. She was ever difficult to speak with. I had to ask her what it was that could be done and she doesn't deal with things like that and still didn't offer for us to talk to anyone. That part of the process was unfortunate because we really liked the tech. They eventually ordered the other blind for which we had to pay for but they waived the installation. That ruined the whole thing. I would be wary of asking them for help even if they guarantee the workmanship and quality of the blinds. UPDATE!!! I usually don't edit my reviews. Once they are here they are here to stay. But something great happened. The owner himself of the company reached out to me to address my experience. It says a lot when the owner of a company reaches out to their clients. I'm sure, having a busy schedule, running a business and dealing with issues as an owner could be daunting. To have the only call me himself made us feel like true customers and that we were important. We weren't just another business transaction. The owner reached out to me and wanted to know what happened and wanted to make sure that I had a good experience and was forever grateful for the business. He restored my faith in the company. And really it was never the company itself just the experience I had with a staff member. But that makes the whole experience. He offered to refund me the blind that was missed and I accepted. But it's not about the money. I never expected it. I was happy with the installation fee being waived. He just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end and stood behind his work and they way he conducts business. I appreciate the gesture and it just proves that he believes in his company vision and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Thanks again Oscar!!!

Overall, the quality of the product was excellent. The Sales Rep was very helpful with providing options/ideas. The installers were great!

100% happy. How could I not be? --> Plenty of choices, a product that was perfect for my French Doors, ready before they promised...and my wife loves them. Thank you Oscar and Co.
