I brought my car in because it didn’t start. $800 later, my car is still not fixed. The battery had died because “they left the key in it” overnight OR corrosion. Hm, no batteries problems to date but the minute I bring it here, massive corrission even though my battery tested fine? And wait, you left the key in the car in a dangerous neighborhood overnight? cool...They knew there was an issue when it didn’t start before I even picked it up. They jumped it but did NOT test it after it was jumped to ensure the issue was resolved. I go to start it to drive home, nothing. They jump
it again. I drive it home, leave it running for 20 minutes and turn it off.  I go to turn it back on to test it and nothing. My car, just as it was the day previously, dead in my driveway. But guess what? not Good Year’s problem. For a $150 diagnostic on the vehicle, this is just completely unacceptable. At one point on the phone call, the agent at the desk told me “I don’t know what the tech did but I know the tech did everything right”

They offered no fix to my dead car, and gladly took my $800 while they said screw you. Thieves. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles here ever again. Complete robbery. Did I mention we have invested in a Good Year credit card and have given them thousands of dollars of business in the last 4 years?  So unbelievably upset with this place.

Update, 02.23.18 - Ann definitely understood and agreed with my concerns. We worked out a deal and she took great care of me. My car is now running.

I walked into this business no one was available to assist me. I stood and waited for almost 10 min. Finally someone came, I stated that I would like an oil change. The employee asked did I make an appt if not they wouldn't get to me for 3 or so hours. Great customer service, needless to say I went elsewhere. I had to wait, the customer service was 100% better. If this goodyear location customer service and interaction was better I would have maybe waited. Not planning to return to this location if possible.

Piss poor a$$ place came in to get oil change im not sure if they have ppl knowledgeable of up to date vehicle but they didnt do my truck right oil change from hell my truck didnt have any oil in it i had to buy extra oil inorder to get home
