The gentleman went over EVERYTHING with me in great detail and reassured me that they were going to take of my car. I am a college student so time is very valuable to me, when I communicated to the gentleman that I was
Not going to be able to in to get my car until later in the day, he assured that was no problem.

When I had come in to pick my car up, the gentleman informed me that the car size we had spoke about in the morning were incorrect and he had to specially order my tires. I was 110% okay with paying full price for the tires but instead the gentleman said he priced match them for me from that mornings price. He not only saved me a couple hundred bucks but he was professional and really genuinely cared about my time but he also cared about my experience. I HIGHLY, with every inch of, recommend going here! It’s genuinely, thoughtful service and they will truly value you as a customer!

As always best service around. These guys will make just about any budget work. Been a customer for years and they dont even blink when I show up with 2k or 20 bucks. They're the best!

This store by far has the best prices for automotive tires and service than any other place I've visited. The service was EXCELLENT and the staff was superior!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been coming to this location In Wood Village now for all my vehicles maintenance needs, and have never had not one bad or negative experience. I've read a lot of the reviews regarding this store and I have to laugh at almost all of them. This location is not a FAST LUBE, If you want a 10 min Oil Change then go to Jiffy Lube or Oil Can Henry's that Is a FAST LUBE!!! Goodyear service centers are Full Service facilities that take quality time with your car and do excellent work. The average Oil Change is 45mins to an hour. The reason for this is because Goodyear Is not a FAST LUBE!!!! There's more than enough cry babies on reviews, Goodyear doesn't need them!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

About a month ago I went to Good Year over going to Discount Tire for the first time because it was a busy day for me and Good Year is what was the closest to me, that was a mistake!!  I took them my wheels and tires to be mounted, balanced, and installed on my truck, my tires are a 35" tire and they said they could mount and balance them, but not put them on my truck because they were "too busy", that almost had me walking away right there but I said what the heck ill just do it myself, no big deal, I guess. After putting them on my truck I knew right away that they were not balanced right, so I called today to make a saturday appointment and the guy that answered the phone, "Nate", told me that he would need my truck there by 8:00 AM and I would be able to pick it up at 5:00 PM... I said ok, thats fine, but I cant do this again because that is my only vehicle, so PLEASE make sure that the tires are balanced correctly this time.. Side note, balancing tires should take no longer than 30-60 minutes, to need my truck for the entire day is ridiculous!! "Nate" then let me know that their machine can only balance tires up to 33" and that I should just go somewhere else that has a bigger machine. WHY WOULD THEY TAKE MY BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THEY CANT EVEN PERFORM THE WORK CORRECTLY?!?! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, GOODYEAR!!

Just to clarify, Nate sounded just like the guy i talked to on my original trip in there, and he was the manager, so Nate could have told me about their machines not being able to balance those tires ahead of time. 

I took my business back to discount tire and they took GREAT care of me, now the truck drives perfect.
