Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for pickup, it was ready by the time I got there. Pizza was delicious. My wife and I were very pleased. Keep up the good work!

Service was friendly and food was good UNTIL I pulled a long hair out of my mouth while chewing a bite of salad. I have a buzz cut, so this hair was definitely from restaurant staff. When I picked up my order, I noticed a lot of people in the kitchen area, none of whom were wearing hairnets. Unsanitary.

The pizza itself is amazing! However, I don't plan to order delivery from them again. I've ordered delivery about 3-4 times in the last 4 months and each time after my first delivery my pizza was delivered to me barely warm! They also claim it's because they have so many deliveries... but there has to be a better way of getting customer their food as if it was just freshly made. It tasted as if it sat in the kitchen all day and then delivered as if it was heated up for 2 seconds. The first time I ordered from them the pizza came to me hot and fresh. After that it's been barely warm and barely chewable! My wife is from Queens and loves that this is as authentic as it gets here in San Antonio but hates their delivery service! I can only image the amount of deliveries they have in New York and always seem to get fresh hot pizza to their customers! I hope y'all get this figured out before losing customers if you haven't already!

Great New York style pizza. Even smelled like a typical NY pizza-and-a-slice establishment. Thin crust and just enough sauce. This place will become my spot when I need a NY pizza fix

I really like the feel of this place. I've never been to new York, but I could easily believe it is just like this. Good food, good vibe, nice people.
