Gorge Ink's James provides stellar customer service. He helped me through the convoluted process of sending a holiday package to my son in Germany. The package was unfortunately held up in customs and subsequently returned. SEVERAL phone calls to Fedex later, James sent the package again at no additional cost to me. My son just received the package and was thrilled to have some gifts from home. Thank you, James!

Every time i go into this store I get 110% super customer service. He will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I can not imagine him letting anyone go away without making sure that they have received a value added experience.

I just set up a new office in White Salmon and have relied on Gorge Ink.  They can really do it all.  From making spare keys for my office to door signs, to faxing, copying, and secure shredding, they are a full service shop with excellent service.  Highly recommended.
