Professional yet friendly, caring staff. I had a sudden issue with my eyes, and was able to get in right away and get the help I needed.

The worst experience ever. Nancy offered absolutely no help when there were no glasses that fit my daughter. She kept repeating the same statement over and over again. When I asked if there was an office manager she then again stated the same statement as before. If you value the care that you receive or plan to spend any kind of money I highly recommend you ship else where or you will be treated with disrespect and ugliness. Nancy was so impersonal that she really shouldn't be in customer care. Never will my family or I ever go back. My money will be spent where someone cares. Horrible horrible horrible.

Have to give 1 star because i can't give 0.

If you are considering White Salmon Eyecare as a new patient, don't. 

I was to be a new patient here. I made my appointment for 11:00. Had my previous eye doctor send all my records over. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes late. They wanted to reschedule because they were closing at 12:00 for the Thanksgiving holiday. There is no way I could have had an appointment and been fitted for glasses and contacts in an hour. No one mentioned they were closing at noon when I made the appointment or I would have told them. Not to mention she said they had another appointment scheduled at 11:20. What eye doctor spends 20 minutes with a new patient - especially when they tell you up front they have a lot of issues and will make sure they have prior history? ? Not one that will be seeing me or my family.  Thanks, but no thanks. 

You just lost 4 new patients and every possible recommendation you would have gotten from me. All eye doctor recommendations will be preceded by "not White Salmon Eyecare".

Excellent doctors and staff. Very personable and addressed all my vision concerns. As an artist it is very important to me that my vision be the absolute best it can be. I will be coming here for years to come.
