While trying to ask the question of where to return some rental ski boots to their sister store at snowmass club the woman "helping" us insinuated that my little brother was trying to steal a candy bar. Never before had I been treated so rudely by any employee of any store before in my life. If it was possible for me to rate the store as a zero I was. The same woman was also hostile the entire time that was required for having my questions answered and made the entire situation awkward and uncomfortable for me, my brother, and my friend.
