When I pointed out they made my drink wrong I was essentially told I don’t know what the drink I’ve ordered for years taste like and they would not make it for me again. I’m sorry but a plain latte should not be extremely sweet, but what do I know.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I go there the place moves at an ants pace despite the number of employees working. It took them 10 minutes to make a coffee with 2 shots in it because of the 5 employees there 1 was taking orders, 1 was making drinks, the manager was pre making sandwiches, and yelling at the other 2 employees telling them to clean more equipment instead to helping with orders. Their gift card machine has also been broken for a month now with no signs of a fix, which makes the gift card I was given for Christmas totally useless. Fuel Cafe on the other end of the mall has much better service and their staff is actually friendly and efficient, do not use this Starbucks unless you absolutely have to. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This is the only coffee place in snow mass village near the mall. Pretty expensive  than normal Starbucks

The Starbucks where I discovered my favorite drink is the caramel macchiato. Very close to the slopes so you can quickly do a coffee pitstop and get back to mountain to continue snowboarding/skiing.
