The taro milk tea with aloe Vera was so delicious. Very light tasting too. The tea seems to be of very high quality. Definitely recommend this place!

I love Gotcha! The service is fast and has an option for no contact, which is agreeable when you and your friends dont know what to order. I go here with my partner when I visit from SD, and I especially enjoy the chocolate boba for its rich flavor. Both of us have dietary restrictions, so the option for alternative milks is also a bonus!!  Vegetarian options: Allows for alternative milk

After three bad experiences, I will not be returning to this Gotcha location and I don't recommend anyone else come here either. One time they were unexpectedly closed with no notice except a handwritten note on the door. Second and third they've had no boba, despite being a bubble tea shop. On top of that, the customer service is abysmal and the decor is sad. Overall bad experience.

If you go here and wonder why they’re closed or there’s one person working, it’s because they underpay and mistreat their employees. I came here one day and who i assume is the owner was yelling at one of her workers the whole time. The worker looked like she was about to cry. I’m not about to spend my money there after that. Go get boba from a place that’s not breaking every labor law in the book!

I want to share my opinion . First time visiting this place, very clean the place, also the stuff giving good service i want to try some samples of the bobas they have , really good helpful the stuff. I try strawberry smoothie taste really good i love it , and almond milk tea   . I went a lot to tastea and boba junky but i decided still visiting GOTCHA!! Best prices and best taste!! I recommend this place !!

The signature milk tea tastes amazing! On par with the best I've tried. And the service was quick and very friendly.

Brown sugar boba is absolutely delicious.. I just picked up some drinks and couldn't wait to write this review. I also ordered coffee milk which was also delicious with an intense coffee flavor.. highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Chances are they won’t have boba or will be randomly closed. Not worth it when there are so many good boba places in the area.

I'm a big fan of the big selection of teas, coffees, yogurts, smoothies, and other drinks and come here frequently for a refreshing beverage!
