Just bought Caramel frappe and Double choco frappe. It really tastes bitter, my daughter is complaining that it doesn't taste good. I love starbucks, hopefully the workers pay attention making drinks. Coffee is life! So please make your costumers happy, also we are paying money for a good coffee not disgusting coffee. Yet another mediocre hipster's paradise. Coffee is ok. Personally I like their refreshers but that is about it. The small snacks they do have are over priced. The only good thing they have going for them is their service. Employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face despite the ridiculous orders the "Karens" are shouting at them.
Excellent service every morning. I've visited this location for almost a year. Isaiah makes my morning. My drinks are always perfect. He is extremely pleasant and professional.
I’m a fellow partner, and these kind baristas made my day! I called and asked for 15 grande hot cups of water, and instead Isaiah had two coffee travelers filled with hot water. Service was quick and efficient. 5 stars. Thank you partners!
This is a typical Starbucks I have good experience with the staff who are super cool the reason y for 4 star is they don't accept Apple Pay or any other app payment other than their Starbucks app payments they have to work on this
This Starbucks, on Harbor and Adams, gets my order incorrect over 50% of the time. I alway moble order my coffee asking for “room”, which is an option- and they put cream in it. I order it black with an add shot and with room. I’ve talked to the manager several times and she smiles nicely and says sorry and offers me another coffee; however, I don’t want to wait for another coffee- that’s why I Moble order- I want her to teach her staff how to read the orders correctly- and then make my drink correctly. I’ve managed restaurants in the past- and if the staff was incorrect over 50% of the time, they didn’t keep their jobs for long. Typically I now go to the Starbucks on Brookhurst- and I get my coffee made right- but today I went to the harbor and Adams, as I had to go to vons- and - they made it with cream again and it was with heavy cream and no room. There are so many choices if I even wanted cream- milk, cream, coconut milk, almond milk…… ugh just so frustrated with this place……
This place is disgusting dirty. Dusty, food all over the floors and just looks like nobody has cleaned it in two years… tables chipped and very dirty. the order taker- manager I think, was very short with me when I asked for food when ordering my tea. Nobody was in any kind of uniform so I had no idea who was managing. I had to come here purely out of location convenience and work today. I won’t be returning.
This is my go to place. I do miss some of my barista favorites that I have grown to know over the years, however everyone needs to grow and let life carry them on their path. Jessica is fantastic how she runs this store and her ability to balance getting into the grit of things, keep on task, all while staying engaged with her staff & customers. I have been enjoying a lot of the new team members as well as some of those who have been there for the past few years. Eric always has an inviting demeanor with a smile. Tiffany can power out drinks in the mid morning rush like a boss. It's people like this that make it far too easy to become "attached" to big brands with a small town community feel. I could not survive the heavy semesters without this specific location and all of those who are a part of it.
They have such great customer service! I accidentally ordered my drink through my mobile app at the wrong location. They quickly accommodated me and remade my drink there with very minimal wait time.
My wife was excited tonight as people had recommend their chicken salad and she was getting it. One of the hardest things these days is figuring out where to eat so I was happy she had a decision she was excited about. She ordered online as I told her I did not want to drive up and all see that all the salads were gone for the day. She confirmed her order and off I went to pick it up. The two people very nice people working in Starbucks had to deliver the news that the Starbuck’s computer system just is not up to the standards you would think a large corporation would have these days. There was no salad available and now I have a wife is quite upset and hungry. Thank you Starbucks for starting my weekend off with such fun.
