I so appreciate Gould's and their commitment to excellence for their customers / patients they serve. They are not only dedicated to serve those in their immediate communities, but also surrounding areas including those abroad. Gould's assisted on numerous occasions a medical mission trip traveling to Honduras. They provided medical supplies for patients and needs of practitioners. Gould's and their staff were very accommodating to the needs of the mission, going above and beyond to meet that which was needed to care for people in this third world country. Thank you does not adequately express our appreciation for all that they have done to help the team and to care for the people of Honduras. Your caring and compassionate provision will forever be remembered. Blessings to Gould's and their staff!!

Great experience as usual. On Tuesday, March 13, my hearing aids were taken to be sent to maintenance. I was given a 7-10 day timeframe for their return. They were back on Thursday, March 15!!

Last week, I posted a one star review regarding an issue with the experiences I was having getting my bipap supplies through Gould's. I have since been contacted by the manager of the department, Bremda Smith, who not only addressed all my concerns and saw that I now have the correct supplies, but explained the new systems being put in place. She has recently taken charge of this department, and is a long time employee of Gould's with excellent experience for this, as well as a very caring "can do" attitude toward customer service. If you have had problems in the past, I would suggest giving it another try, as I believe this company is fixing the system and will be providing excellent service in the future. Thank you to both Brenda Smith & David Young (who did my mask fitting) for a very good experience with your company.

This place has everything you need for medical supplies. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. If you need any medical supplies it's his place to go in Louisville

My mother's cardiologist wrote her a script for a spirometer. The cardiologist sent the prescription to Gould's. I live in Prospect, KY so before driving all the way to Dutchmans Lane, I called ahead and asked if the spirometer was ready for pick up. I was assured that it was. I arrived at the store and waited for about 20 minutes only to find out that they did not have spirometers in stock. I am taking care of my mother while she recovers from open heart surgery, all while working 40-50 hours per week. I am exhausted and do not have time to waste. This was a careless mistake that caused me great inconvenience. Thank goodness Cooley's was able to fill the prescription. This was my first and last trip to Gould's.
