Horrible customer service! We bought mini cupcake boxes for our Business vendors for Christmas.. we put them properly in the car... got back to our shop, and all the boxes were toppled over & ruined.. Not sure if it was something we did wrong, or if the employee put them in wrong.. however, I called to see if the store would kindly replace them for me and they wouldn't budge... it's MINI cupcakes for God sake!  What's more important to you? A supportive, pleased customer or money for 3 boxes of MINI CUPCAKES...

Twice I've been to this location in the Mercato and they close half an hour before hours posted! This last time there was a heavy set lady with curls in front and she just stared at me while I pointed to the hours. She rolled her eyes and continued doing what she was doing at cash register...

Guess they have enough business as another reviewer put it. There are plenty of bakery shops in Naples that could provide better customer service and even better pricing.

I always drive to naples just for these cupcakes. The vanilla icing is amazing! I love the funfetti cupcake for some reason the food color makes it even more amazing.

delicious cupcakes, but such bad service that it's not worth spending hard earned money on! I tried to order a gluten free cake from them for my wedding, but every employee told me something different. I talked to a guy at the mercato shop over the phone & he told me to come in to the store to order it. Once I got there, he told me I needed to call the Old Naples store to order it. I called, the guy who answered the phone said he was too busy to take an order & that he'd call me back. Surprise, he never did call. I guess they're doing well enough that they don't need new business. Good luck with that!
