We've had insurance - car and home - with this office for over 15 years.  The current staff that I've worked with - John and Connie - are absolutely excellent and wonderful to deal with.  It seems strange to say this about an insurance agency, but over the past few months its been some of the best customer service I've ever had.

Grace Robinson and her entire staff are the most professional, helpful, courteous people in the insurance business in all of Pittsburgh and, I would venture to bet, in all the country.  Grace and her staff have consistently gone above and beyond to inform, discuss, and recommend options for our auto, homeowners, life, securities, and savings.  They have never been high pressure, as another reviewer has suggested, and have even, at times, suggested we not buy a product because it did not meet our needs or financial abilities.  Grace is always available to her clients, coming into the office on Saturdays and Sundays for however long is necessary to take care of her clients' needs according to their schedules.  If the other reviewer on this site did not move to Grace's office, then it is his loss.  We have been with Grace for almost 15 years.  When we moved to Pittsburgh, her office was the closest, so we chose her out of convenience.  We have since moved again and she is no longer so conveniently located, yet still we remain with Grace because, simply put, she is the best insurance agent out there, and she's an admirable person to boot.  Give her office a call; you won't regret it.

When they called to try to sell me banking products a few years ago, I mentioned that I'd recently gotten married and asked whether combining my policy with my wife's could safe us money. The person on the other end suddenly had to go, promised to call back, and never did.

And I just got a bill for a policy four months after notifying the agency that I no longer owned the car.

I have no complaints about State Farm, but this agency has not provided the level of service I'd expect from the company.
