I spoke to Kim and she helped me set up a policy. She was very nice and answered all my questions. A few days after I started the policy I did not receive an email confirmation so I called and Shelly answered the phone. 
To make a long story short It seemed as if Shelly was rushing me while I was trying to explain my request and she got so rude that I had to get off the phone with her. She placed me on hold without saying anything. When I said something to her about it she tried to talk over me and acted like she as doing me a favor by helping me with my request. So I ended my policy with this office because I refuse to be treated in this manner.  I have been with State Farm for 15 yrs and I never received poor customer service ever!
