I had to put down my precious cat of 19 years. My regular vet was closed so I went to Grady. It was maybe the most difficult thing I have ever had to do but the staff and the Dr were very sympathetic and understanding. The facility was clean and I didn't have to wait long. Everything was explained to me and they even brought me tissues. Anyways I'm so grateful that they were there in my time of crisis. Thanks to all the staff who was there last Saturday. I even got a sympathy card on the mail

Our first visit to Grady was at close to 3AM on Feb. 25th, the day after my birthday. It also turned into a somber one, as we unexpectedly had to put our 16-year-old beagle/lab mix, Bella, down after we came home and found her in a terrible state. Dr. Black and the staff who were there were very caring and compassionate, as well as very informative with what all was going on with our girl. Dr. Black also helped us make the right and most humane decision regarding what we felt needed to be done so that Bella wouldn't suffer anymore. We plan to adopt again when we're ready, and when we do, we plan to make Grady our go-to vet.

They were all very kind and helpful, took good care of my dog after he was bit. They are a bit expensive, but most 24 hour vets are. I'll definitely be going back if I have an emergency when my regular vet isn't open.

Excellent service with fast & friendly staff! They did a great job caring for our chihuahua's emergency nail bleed. We truly felt comforted from the immediate care they took of our dog. Highly recommend!

Very clean and nice place. Complentry candy, coffee, tea, and water. Great staff. The doctor I dealt with was terrific. Even more so it being around 1am. She was awesome. Def would suggest this place for emergency animal needs.
