Always on the hunt for a good burger, I drove by this place several times and finally decided to try it. I walked in on a Saturday about noon and the place was not extremely busy, I'd say about 1/3 of the tables were taken. There was nobody to greet me or tell me where to sit, so I approached a man who looked like management and he told me to sit anywhere. So I walked to the other side of the bar and noticed my shoes were sticking to the floor like someone spilled a bunch of kool-aid and didn't clean it up very well. I tried to find a table that wasn't dirty, but everyone I saw was not wiped down with crumbs on them. My daughter and I were seated for about 10 minutes and nobody came over to serve us. I went and asked a server if someone can assist us and she said that someone would be over soon. We waited another 10 minutes and then decided to leave as we still had nobody come over. This restaurant needs to understand that good service will make the difference between success and failure. Their product isn't unique or highly in demand, so I would recommend not going there.

Great Burgers! Cool little lunch hangout while you're out at Jacksonville Beach. I've been here multiple times and enjoy the restaurant set up. Very nice bartender staff!

Food was amazing!!! Burger were huge for $11. Kids meal was $5 but was more than expected... cant believe that was $5. Atmosphere was amazing and relaxing!! Service was bomb!! Absolutely no complaints!!!!!!

This was a great blast to the past. Great burgers and atmosphere. Sports on a bunch of different tvs. The beach atmosphere rocks. Thank you, happy customer

Please work on the customer service, as it is not ok to blatantly ignore customers if you care an ounce if they come back or not. Our server dropped off the food and ran away without saying a word. Took about 7 or 8 minutes for her to decide to come and see if we needed anything. Every time she walked by she turned the other cheek as if we were a burden. Our turkey club was thrown together, and for a cold sandwich it took almost 20 minutes to come out. Save your money for better quality in both food and service, and maybe only keep around the employees who care about their job and other people in general. Never ever again.
