I love hoptingers. They have a few locations but this is my favorite. It's a great atmosphere with really awesome service for a beach bar. The beer cheese is amazing and they always have great suggestions on new stuff to try. If your not from the area or looking for a new beach spot, I say this is it.

Hoptinger always has someone in it whenever I stroll on by. It is a very open "bier garden" that has great brews on tap and they put a bit of a twist on what you would typically call "bar food". Unfortunately, the kitchen isn't open too late during the week - but besides that it's a great place to grab a drink after hitting the beach. The wings are on point and they have a couple different flavors depending on what you are looking for.

This place is just amazing. There are 60+ Beers on tap. The atmosphere is electric and exciting. The servers are attentive. The food is better than your normal bar food. We will definitely be back!!

You guys need to fix your tap lines. In one night, I went through four different beers. First was flat and sour (Hofbrau Dunkel). Second was just flat (Aardwolf San Marco Sour). Third was flat and soapy (Hop Nosh). Fourth was basically just a glass soap water with a tinge of beer (I-10). And it wasn't just me, everyone at our table who tried any of these beers had the same response.

The salads wasn't so good. Had to remake because the chicken was very dry. 4$ to add chicken to salad is a little much. It's a little pricey and taste just wasn't there. I enjoy the st Augustine location. I hope for a good future for this company but they get a big fat F and a one star from me today. even for my to go order forgot silverware and I tipped twice to not eat basically.
