I hate this place!! I have been suffering with migraines for 5 days now, went into the ER on Wednesday, was in & out in 10 minutes. The nurse acted like i was killing her to do her job, then the doctor comes in and asks me a couple questions, doesn't even look at me and gives me a pain shot and sends me on my way. When the nurse came into give me the shot, they didn't even give me a band aid I had to ask for one and could feel the blood running down my back from it. The shot lasted 1 hour and I am still having them. I would recommend that you don't come to this place because they will not do anything for you. I think they think  that a lot of people who come in there are just some druggies looking for pain medicine & that's just not the case with everyone and they shouldn't treat everybody like that. Will stick to going to Bridgeport because Grafton has horrible care!!

Went to Grafton City Hospital after I came down with something making me feel horrible and totally drained of any energy. After being examed I was told to take cough syrup.  Still felt terrible days later, went to Manchin Clinic in Bridgeport (Highly recommend them), they promptly gave me a slew of tests and the on site lab determined I had a uninary tract infection by a simple urine test.  After becoming severly run down and missing work, why couldn't a full fledge hospital like Grafton take a simple urine test is beyond me.

Very poor standard of care at this hospital, no standing protocols the Nurse rolled her eyes when we checked in and acted annoyed that we showed up. As a medic I occasionally have to bring my soldiers up there to be checked over during Army drill weekend so that they are covered and it's been a bad experience every time. This hospital need to do something about the poor care and attitude they seem to have or they won't be lasting long. I bet their HCAHPS scores are awful.
