Can't I give it 0 stars? This place is the worst. whenever I took my clothes it was never enough water in the machines. My comforter came out dry in the middle! WHAT? from a triple loader? Yes, So I did an experiment the next time and washed a pair of pants in one...just a pair of pants. There was enough water to wash those pants and that's all. But they are not hurting for business because it's located in a very poor neighborhood so the people have been going there for years and don't complain. The only plus was on the day I was experimenting the corporate guys were out working on the machines and they gave me my money back. So you can keep the one star.

This place is small, stank like some sort of plant drug, the machines weren't clean from in or out, the fan cord was cut. No plug for charging a phone. An airplane ride for kids didn't have a "not working" sign and swallowed $.50. There aren't any restrooms nor water for rinsing soap tops after use.. The dryers are not good. I had one swallow $.25 and the rest took like $2.00 for a good dry. There is no personal on site to take care of the place. There aren't any carts either for a easy transition (especially when kids are involved). They do refund for wasted money.  THE ONLY THING I LIKE WAS THE VARIETY OF WASHERS.

The washers and dryers are good. There is a office person available for any questions or issues. The place is very clean.

I had a lot of blankets and towel to wash/dry for a camping trip. Place isn't bad, nobody on site but it's clean. Washers are 2.25-4.25 plus an extra 25 cents for extra wash or rinse. The dryers are 25 cents for 5 mins.

It was dead when I came in to wash a load of clothes, which was pretty nice. Doesn't seem like it's kept up very well. Dryer sheets and empty bottles everywhere. Tops of the machines are a bit dirty too. All of the drinks besides the Hawaiian fruit punch (was actually brisk fruit punch) was sold out. The one thing I did really enjoy was the heater mounted on the roof blowing warm air while I sat and waited on my clothes. It's alot more enjoyable when you've worked 10-11 hours in 27 and below weather all day.
