It has a good variety of items here from all different sections. I found a lotion here that is the only lotion I've ever been able to use that doesn't burn my skin. All of my friends buy their natural products here. The short travel is worth it!

Great little store for the health conscious consumer. Recently expanded with a better than average selection of organic, non-GMO, glueten-free, etc type items also some limited fresh offerings. Also, a good selection of frozen foods including, meat, poultry, and fish. Everything you'd expect of a health food store plus some.

The only place in Nacogdoches or Lufkin where there is an EXTENSIVE Organic and 'clean' product selection, with fair prices no less! Definitely recommend.
