Great place for a stroll. We saw turtles in the river. It's a good place to get away from the city.

Nice concrete walking path along Congaree river in downtown Columbia. Wish some of brush was removed on riverside for better views. Walk out viewing platforms could extend about 10' farther for photography. This applies to both sides of the river!

Beautiful river front park with tons of spots to hangout. Some of my favorite spots include the train tracks, rope swing, tree jump, and lock down near the damn. Perfect place to bring pets or friends for a day of relaxing. Just please no more littering!
