Mani and his team saw us last minute while we were looking to buy a used car. His inspection was cheaper than what he quoted up front. He and Arturo invited us to the shop floor to discuss specific issues with the car, which were critical to making an informed decision. It was fast, professional, and honest.  It was our first day in the shop which is a couple miles away from us, but we will be customers at Grand Auto Center moving forward.

Given updates throughout before pick up even happened. Safely picked up and dropped off in high rise garage without any hassle. Did an amazing exterior and interior detail /cleaning with dog hair removal. Pricing is appropriate—highly recommend!

Called to have my vehicle serviced Wednesday evening. Car was dropped off the following morning and finished by afternoon. Very quick, friendly staff, and vehicle runs great. Would recommend and would return again in the future.

Great service. Didn’t have time for a full interior detail but they hit all the spots I asked for and gave me a prorated deal, and they did a great job.

Good value, friendly service. You might need to nag them a little bit, they were not great at communicating....but it was the week before Christmas, so I wouldn't gauge it by my experience.

Hello, The person i talked on phone was Mani.. and he was awesome. I have an issue in my air conditioner and I had to get it charged. He advised me that charging is expensive as my car is a newer Mercedes model. He was ready to give an appointment. He later realised that it is under warranty and advised not to come to his place. He asked me to get it done free from the dealer. I am so impressed by the honesty, patience and a great service attitude, I would advise everyone to get their car serviced by him.

The crew at Grand Auto took care of a nail in my tire and got my oil change and fluids topped off for a great price and I got my car back the same day. Quick, well priced and friendly service. What else could you ask from an auto shop? Will be bringing my car back for more work for sure as they did an excellent job.

I Highly recommend this body shop for car damage and also repairs. Very quick,  was  thorough on giving estimates. Extremely satisfied customer. Definitely will usecthem again.
