My family and I stayed at the Water by the Cellar rental over christmas weekend. We had such a good time at the house and really couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Getting into the house was easy because the owner just leaves a lock box at the front door and asks that you just lock the door behind you when you leave. No worrying about meeting anyone or having to check in by a certain time which was nice since we all came from different locations. The house was clean and neat just as we hoped for. All in all, a really great experience and we will be using this company again when we go away for another holiday.

Such a great experience!! My group rented the Paradise property for a long weekend in Nov. The house was cozy and rustic which we really were looking for. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit probably the most. I was nervous to be the leader of the group and was worried that some people in my group would have complaints but everyone loved it just as much as I did. Thanks Grand Leisure Travel.

Renting with Grand Leisure Travel was a really easy process from start to finish. I did a lot of research before my trip and chose their rental because it was a fair price and had a hot tub we could use even in late October. I booked a 6 bedroom house directly through their main website and was emailed all my documents for checking in almost immediately. The staff is really friendly and didn't mind answering all the questions I had from my group. A few days after I checked out I got an email from the manager saying I would receive a large discount off my next reservation which will definitely come in handy as our group plans the next trip to Poconos. Ideally I will rent the same house again but if not, it seems like they have a bunch of other houses. I cant wait to plan another trip with this company.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was modern and used smart technology for everything. Really enjoyed staying here.

Service is absolutely amazing! From our very first contact through the entire planning and booking process, the level of organization and service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The place is clean and cozy. Keep it up! I salute you guys. I will recommend you.
