Grand Rooter was very professional from the moment we spoke on the phone. Service was very quick and technician was very pleasant and professional. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the issue fixed and done correctly the first time!  I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of this company.

Professional, efficient and clean.  They did a good job but they are a little bit expensive.  They were stuck at another location and would be late to the appointment but kept me updated on when they were coming to my house.

Great service! I had an issue with my toilet and they came right out and took care of it right away! Plumber was very polite, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) affordable! I would recommend Grand Rooter to anyone I know! Happy customer!

Great company and very dependable. highly recommend for any job. I will recommend and also continue to use. I was given warranty on my toilet clog which MOST companies will never warranty sewer & drain work!

Absolutely worth every penny! I had a big emergency with the entire house backing up and I called at 11pm on Saturday. They came out and cleaned all our lines, solved the problem and gave us warranty. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgable. They didn't try to sell me anything or bump up the price.. they explained everything to me and also gave us solutions to issues we had. I will continue to use them and I will recommend them to anyone!!  Plumbers usually charge by hour and also just to go out, however Grand Rooter did not its a flat fee and most of all the warranty is great!!  Thanks Grand Rooter!
