Excellent Townhome development.  Diana is Absolutely Great at the sales office. But the closing department, construction management & the back end people at their corporate office leaves a lot to be desired which is why they get only 1 stars.

Hopefully no one else goes through the same issues my family & I have had with this builder. Kolter homes has THE WORST customer service we have ever seen. They are out to just make money & don't care about the customer. 
DO NOT buy from this company!!!!
I am only giving them one star because I had no other option. 
They tell you one thing and sell you the wrong thing. You call with questions and no one returns your call back. 
Very very poor customer service!
Very dishonest!

I've lived here nearly three years. Nice Community. Friendly Neighbors. Good Clubhouse and pool. So close to everything. 417 and I-4 just minutes away. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shopping. My only negative is with their recommended in house financing people. Bad experience. Poor communication caused delay in closing, poor communication cost me extra money in storing my household belongings on the moving truck for several days and hotel stay.They would lose information that we sent to them. Have to send it again. When I complained to several corporate layers above got the runaround and essentially ignored. Otherwise, love the place.

This place is great.  Well maintained and lovely grounds and amenities. Neighbors are pleasant, gated community and the homes are built with quality construction.  Well worth the price for low maintenance living in a beautiful environment and a great location where you can walk to everything.  There are other nearby townhome communities, but if you do your research, you will find faulty construction issues and parking complaints. Grande Oaks does not have any of those problems which is what ultimately brought me here over the other communities. Some negative reviews suggest rude behavior from the builder sales agent, which I can see how maybe they could be perceived that way, however, if you get past that, it is well worth dealing with to live here.  Don't let a snobby person disuade you. A couple negatives though would be using the builder's title company. They were horrible to deal with and made mistakes up though the day of close. It would be better to pay more and use an outside title company. Also the builder while nice, is not the most responsive when you contact them with questions or repairs. They will get them done but it requires multiple emails. Other than that, living here is wonderful so far.

Beautiful neighborhood . Walking distance to the banks , pharmacies, publix and restaurants. Great location.
