No "machine made pizza here". There's a great deal of work involved in using our traditional family recipes. We make and bake sub rolls, prepare our own pizza dough and homemade sauces, prepare and bake lasagna, and chop, slice and dice etc, etc. The freshest ingredients that money can buy on a daily basis, 6 days a week. A task that requires 60-70 hours a week for each of us!
