We in Bonita are SOOO lucky to have THE BEST dominos pizza in the world. I honestly think they could win awards!!! BEST CONSISTENTLY EVER ORDER!!  And BEST staff!!!

This Dominos Pizza is heads above other franchises (I ought to know), all the drivers are courteous and most of the time on time. Derek, Ryan & Lissa deserve raises!

Pizza way undercooked, delivery driver service alright, kitchen workers to lazy to toss wings in sauce, guess they would rather just drizzle some on top.

I am always happy with my delivery but tonight tops them all!!  We got our order however we got brownies instead of cinna twists and Brian our delivery driver went back to the store and got my cinna stix I ordered he went beyond the call of duty and I thank him he was so pleasant thank you

This location is really going downhill fast.
I went in to pick up my pizza and noticed the lava crunch cake listed on the menu board that looked good so I told the girl that was ringing up my order to add one of those too. When she rang it up however it came up as $3.99 not the $2.99 shown on the board. She seemed confused when I said I should only be paying $2.99 and said she'll have to get her manager. Well the twenty-something guy came over and said "No, I can't sell that to you for that price". I said, "wait a minute, If you have that priced that way on your display board, you should honor it."  He said, That's not going to happen...no." A dollar?
That's what most companies do when they make a minor mistake like this. I mean we are talking a dollar to keep a customer happy not a 30% pricing error on a car. He was not cool in how he spoke to me nor was he customer friendly. That's been my Domino's location for over five years and now they've lost a customer over a dollar. A dollar?

Oh, and for some reason their normally quick turn around time on a phone order took an additional twenty five minutes wait and it already took me fifteen minutes to get there. We aren't in high season right now so all I can assume is that it all falls back on that manager.
