It literally took months for my boots to get repaired. I brought them in and the front desk worker had to speak to the guy that actually does the repairs to see what he could do to fix them. He wasn’t in at the time so she had to call me back. She never did. I had to repeatedly call them back to get someone to answer to get an answer about what’s going on. This went on for a couple months back and forth between the front desk person and having to call me back after speaking with the guy that works on the shoes. They never seem to work at the same time and they literally never call you back. You have to call them every time to get updates and to check if your shoes are done. They didn’t call me back to tell me what could be done, they never called me back to let me know what’s going on, and they never called me back to let me know they were done. So after a couple months my boots are finally resoled. Well that was in May. It is now November and the sole is falling off the boot. Instead of going back there to demand they fix it, I would rather go somewhere else and pay to have it redone. That is how bad my experience was at this place. No communication whatsoever. Avoid this place as much as possible.

I dropped off a pair of dress shoes on Friday; the left shoe needed repair for the front part of the sole was coming apart/unglued. I was told the adhesive they use would take three days to apply and properly bond the sole back to the shoe. I was fine with that, and would return Monday to pick them up. Monday came, and there was some difficulty in locating my shoes. When the lady found them, they were not repaired. She said the person looked at the shoe and said it would have to be resoled. Of course then, if that's what has to be done; but they don't call...?! Unbelievable to not call and communicate with me what the issue is in repairing the shoe. Nice customer service; poor communication; and I'll take my business elsewhere. You're terrible.
