You're stepping back in time when you walk through their doors; from the old wooden floors to the old revolving shelves. I love the historical aspects. But more importantly, I am pleased to see that their prices are very competitive to the big box stores. We have built a custom home and it's nice to have this store in town for our purchases. The staff is amazingly helpful and immediately greats you as you enter, they will inform you where your product is and take you to the item as well. Great customer service!

This place is really awesome. The people are super helpful and friendly. A person can find pretty much anything they need for home projects and maintenance here, and if you need a hunting rifle and a box of ammo, well they got that too!

The lady that helped me at the counter named Deb deserves a raise best customer service I've had hands down she knows her stuff and she's more than willing to help you with anything thanks again

We've always been greeted in a friendly way and really appreciate that they have plenty of staff there which surprises me for being a small-town hardware store. The variety of products is also impressive. We have found everything we needed from last minute plumbing supplies, grill supplies, river tubes, etc. Plus they have the nicest kitties hanging out, usually in a window. The place is clean and well organized. One of the guys helped me out carrying supplies out to my vehicle too. Keep up the good work Granite Falls hardware store!
