Bought a beautiful rug from there that was "a final sale item that could not be returned" But once we unfurled it, it was too small. RH was very kind to actually allow us to return it AND send the bigger replacement rug before they'd even received the smaller one back. We've worked with numerous sales reps there over the years and have had a great experience with them all; kind, attentive, full of helpful advice! Our only complaint is that for the size of their showroom it would be so much better if they did indeed carry a full variety of what they sell so you could go see more items in advance. Instead, the showroom has multiple pieces of the same furniture. Seems silly.

I cannot believe the AUDACITY of the employees, as we were harshly reprimanded for merely sitting upon the beds. Next, we lost our beloved companion, and upon searching for him, we were pursued by an angry worker. Upon welcoming him back, we were kicked out for “overstaying out welcome”. As we were exiting, we were informed that our presence was no longer welcome. I was ready to purchase some fresh linens, but the belligerent employees told us that we must take leave. I suppose I shall peruse Ikea for my furnishing needs. One star for the tidy elevator

Horrible service. Don't waste your time and money. They don't care about you after you spent your money in store. Always no response from customer service.
