For a remodeling project we purchased and had installed, granite counter tops from Granite Gallery. Our experience from start to finish was terrific and hassle free. There is so much to see and touch in their showroom. Sales people assist when asked, they don't hover. Once we selected our granite slab, David walked us through all of the options. He explained how the process works, prices, schedules, etc. working with us to ensure that we were comfortable. Prices did not change and schedules were met. Templates were prepared with lasers and installation was clean and professional. The project included a new sink which was delivered directly to Granite Gallery, fitted and then installed along with the counter top. Very happy with the whole experience and I would recommend Granite Gallery. Check out their showroom and ideas for projects will fill your head.

Granite Gallery was great to deal with -- after navigating the usual horror stories with unprofessional contractors and subs during a full house remodel, they were a breath of fresh air. They were prompt, honest, detail-oriented and respectful of our home (left no mess whatsoever). They also had a great selection of well-priced, beautiful stone and were great communicators. You will have a good experience and end up with a beautiful result if you work with these guys.

We had the Granite Gallery install granite counter tops in our kitchen. They worked around our schedule, came when they promised, and did an absolutely beautiful job -- even cutting out an opening for a custom sink. Their work is first rate. They were courteous, fast and the price was right. We give them five stars and two thumbs up!

very very happy with the customer service. I did my own marble tile counters but had a few scratches. They helped me figure how to get the wet shine back and have the tools and products in the store to help the DIY home owner. This saves budget and keeps curb appeal for the home.

Subcontracted by Joel Cole Construction, Granite Gallery said counter tops would be ready in 2 weeks. The next news gave us an installation date which made it 6 weeks! Joel's crew put in a temporary sink but we were told that someone who had cancelled had uncancelled and that was why we had to wait. Don't you have to go to the end of the line if you cancel? Needless to say we were very disappointed and put out and won't deal with Granite Gallery again.
