Allen was a great person to deal with. He had a very good personality. He worked really hard to get me the best deal. Walked out with a car I was happy with.

Probably the most uncomfortable experience I ever had in my life. I think the guy I worked with was named Ricky, and he was nothing but pushy and rude the whole time. The climax was when he told me to just "put my pants on" when it came to buying the car. I would give them a zero out of five if I could.

Don't trust their mechanics, theyll say a small leak isn't really a leak and not truly check your car. They also dont know how to adjust emergency brakes.

Overall the buying experience was fine. They put me in the truck I wanted even though I was upside down on a car for a lot of cash, but thats the only real positive thing they have, setting up appointments for maintenance we agreed upon before hand was an absolute nightmare - Once we figured that out. their mechanic doesn't know the difference between e-brakes and refused to acknowledge that the axle seals were leaking because he didnt feel like taking the rotors off. And to top it off after them fixing the cv joints in the front, a noise we agreed on fixing still remained (has to be differential) they flat out refused to fix it, claiming "we put to much money in the truck and are capped out - go pay for it yourself"

So the next step is to take them to court.
