Who knew that car shopping can actually be fun? Well, Sutherlin Nissan proofed that it can be. Blake, Denise and Tom are wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and honest people who really listened to my needs -combined with a great sense of humor - what more did I need after a long frustrating morning at other dealerships where I had to deal with pushy and none-listening sales reps? At Sutherlin Nissan I got hundreds of Dollars more for my trade-in compared to what other dealerships offered me PLUS I got a great deal on my lease. The car and all the paperwork was explained to me exceptionally well and thanks to the great staff even the 15 minute waiting period until the finance papers were ready to sign went by in a heartbeat. This was by far the best car shopping experience I ever had.

I wouldn't go anywhere else!  I had been in contact with other dealerships and Sutherlin Nissan was by far my best experience.  Oliver and his assistant, Tiffany, were amazing to work with.  Down to earth and genuine.  I am not an impulsive buyer and prefer to take my time making a big decision.  I never felt pressured to make the decision until I was ready.  This was very important to me.  Oliver gained my trust with his genuineness and wiliness to help me make a decision that was right for me and when it was right for me. I cannot say enough good things about Sutherlin Nissan.  The GM even made a point to congratulate me on a great deal.  The whole process was made very easy for me.  I will not hesitate to refer all my family and friends to our hometown dealership!  Thank you!

I walked in on Monday with the hope of getting out of an impossible situation. I was attended by a sales person, Paul Melendez. I was treated with friendliness and professionalism since I walked through the door. After a hard and long process (due to my personal situations) Paul managed to grant me the truck of my dreams. A big thank you for all staff members, including finance department, and to my sales rep Paul. I recommend this dealer for anyone in search of their dream vehicle.

Worst experience I have ever had! Got there met with a salesman found the vehicle I really wanted, loved it, took it for a drive around the lot. Go in and tell him want I want my price to be and he came back way higher so we went back and forth for a good hour, we finally agreed on a price after much consideration because it was higher than I wanted but I was okay with it. Not to mention the snotty and rude comments in the background from other sales people when we were negotiating! So after we settled on a price he had me change my insurance over, and fax proof of insurance had me watch videos on the car about features from the Nissan app. Sit and wait about another hour finally he tells me time to go sign the papers, go in and the finance man tells me my bank wouldn’t do it but he did find another bank, okay that’s fine. Then he tells me it’s going to be almost $200 dollars more than what the salesman said! Finance man leaves then comes back saying they could drop the price $40! Are you kidding me? So i walked out, grabbed my license plate, and keys to my car and left! Stay far away!!! Would give negative stars if i could!

I went to this dealership for a test drive and was told to come in for test drive and receive a $25.00 gift card and Never received the gift card!!! Their price was much higher than was told over the phone. They will say anything and promise you just to get you to come into their dealership! Then when you get there its a total different story! Stay away from them. I went another dealership and was given a price and promise of a gift card which I DID get and purchased from that dealership!!!! Shame on you Sutherland! If I was able to give you less than 1 star I would of!
