If you’re in the mood for Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern food than this place is for you! What a great Palestinian owner/cook who welcomes you with such a warm welcome, I got the chicken shawarma plate and it was GOOD I was blown away! Don’t forget to get some baklava which I found to be the best I have ever ate. Highly recommend this place.
This place might have the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life! The crust: fresh, crunchy on the outside, slightly chewy inside. The sauce is super fresh. They make their own mozzarella, and it shows. I got The Margarita Pizza, so topped with fresh basil and their own, house made olive oil! I’m ruined! I can never eat another pizza! Amazing!
Took one bite of falafel and rushed to write a review. The moistest falafel I've ever had on top of hot & flavorful. Fresh salad greens, smoky baba ganoush, and a super friendly purveyor. It's the kind of establishment I am happy to support!
Went here after reading high reviews but sorry guys , this place is just over hyped. The owner is very arrogant and has this notion that by running this place , he is doing some favor to the community Infact he is quite rude and aggressive. The place is very dirty , no hygiene at all , I don’t think the couple has any employees. Coming to food , it was very average very basic , I had take away and on reaching the beach, I found out he didn’t pack my full order , called him , but inspite of apologizing, he said that I can come back to pick it later . Went back again and he brought the order as though it was made before and he reheated it . Pizza was very small for 15$ and tasted just okay . Request people to review genuinely and not over hype any undeserving businesses….. disappointing experience
Best pizza I've ever had and the best customer service I've experienced as well! AMAZING quality food, relatively fast considering it was only Abe working and he was incredibly kind, a very welcoming experience. Will be returning in the furture, I have no complaints! Pizza was cooked to perfection, no greasiness or overly processed tasted; vegetarian and vegan options were awesome, LOVED the veggie sandwich and LOVED this place even more!
Super good vegan options and very nice people, great customer service. The owner and the staff were very nice. My vegan and non vegan family found food they enjoyed. I liked it so much I got it twice in 1 day!
Do yourself a favor and get the pizza - it was AMAZING. He makes everything in-house, including the dough and mozzarella. My only regret was not ordering another one. The vegis on the pizza are from the local Farmer's Market. We also had house-made dolmas stuffed grape leaves with tzatziki - delicious. Don't forget to grab baklava for dessert I had mine later at home with some coffee... what a treat!. Friendly and personable service.
The best combo Mediterranean and Pizza restaurant in Morro Bay. The falafel is the real deal with very nice texture. You can even try the unique gyro or shawarma style wood-fired pizza. Very friendly owner chef who will feed you if you don't have money. Outdoor seating. Wish I had more time to try the other delicious items on the menu. Will be back for sure.
Abe and his female counterpart made my friend and I a delicious meal. The best falafel I've personally ever had and equally amazing hummus, baklava, and coffee. Had the gyro plate, came with fresh soft pita, and tasty meat with turmeric rice and a fresh side salad with vinaigrette dressing. We'll be back soon! Truly a friendly hidden gem.
Ibrahim is an amazing human being. His mediterranean food here is exceptional. We had their vegetarian pizza, grape leaves and hummus. Everything was gourmet with fresh ingredients. He even makes his own mozzarella cheese. The flavors are mouth watering and you can't stop eating. Ibrahim also gave us free dessert and some delicious dates. Thank you Ibrahim for your kind hospitality and great food.
