Staff is nice. Wait times are absolutely atrocious. 50 people in waiting room and 1 service desk to help them all. I've been here 3 times in the last week, each time was the same. Be prepared to wait 3 hours.

I've been here over 3 hours just getting new tags for my truck. They have two people working up front. The state spends millions of dollars to put up a new building and then doesn't staff it properly. They should have kept the money,not built the new building, and hired new people. Are state taxes at work idiots

I was dreading going here based on reviews, but I actually had a good experience here.  I went in to get my CA drivers license again after returning from out of state.  I dealt with about 3 different people, and they were all nice and helpful.  From signing in (without an appointment), paying, getting my new photo, eye test, written test and finishing up, I  was there just under 90 minutes (compared to the 3+ hours when I was in another state).  And, best of all, I got my license in the mail in just 7 days!  That was amazingly fast!

Not even worth 1 star!! They build this big beautiful building with more than 7 windows, but will still never use more than the 2 that are open. And they keep employed the same not friendly employees with no sense of urgency! What a waste of tax payer money!

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The women at the front is absolutely rude! The waits are 2 to 3 hours long and they are always under staffed
