WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! BEST SERVICE!!! Julia and the delivery driver went out of their way to help me. I'll never forget! This kind of service is so rare these days. Late on Saturday afternoon, I decided to send balloons to my granddaughter for her 8th birthday. Florists were closing or had sent out their last deliveries for the day, including Lund. They asked if I could pick them up, but I was calling from the Midwest. The address was out of the way for Lund, but they made an exception for us so that our granddaughter could receive her balloons on her birthday. THANK YOU!!!!

It started out not so great.  Ordered flowers for my wife and within 2-3 days the arrangement was dead for the most part even with proper watering.  After contacting the store via email, I received a call from the manager and a replacement arrangement was sent out for free.  The second arrangement is quite lovely and has lasted longer than the first arrangement.  Thank you for correcting this and the customer service was awesome.

Had a great experience. My wife bought her wedding bouquet here. Top notch customer service and the arrangement was amazing.

I ordered flowers from across the country. I've tried the 1-800 people and was so disappointed. So I googled and found Lund. My daughter said "the flowers are perfect. They are happy flowers."  The service and product brought a smile during a sad time.
