I met with Louise this past Saturday and ended up buying a Gravely HD mower.  Louise was very helpful as well as the other Staff.  I do appreciate her patience!  A pleasure to deal with!  I am looking forward to receiving my new mower.

I purchased an Ariens Snow Blower from them a couple of years ago.  Have had it back for service and have found them to be very honest and fair.

If I could give this negative stars, I would.    The owners on down to the mechanics are rude and condescending.    If you buy from them, they are nice but afterwards forget it.     The male owner is obnoxious and has little interpersonal or social skills.    One week they tell you one thing and the story changes.   Inflexible.   THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG!!!! Go to Bowersox or Suburban Lawn.   They know how to treat a customer.

Took in a zero turn running. Wanted a tune up and oil change. Got a call saying it was not worth fixing. Parts needed to costly told i should look into getting a new one. Picked up my mower no longer running, found a part broke that was fine when i dropped it off. Called let them know about broken part was told they didnt know and recieved a bunch of excuses as to why it doesn't run now when it did before they looked at it. And was basically told oh well not our fault. So now i have to replace said part out of pocket. Thanks gravely of hockessin for charging me to brake my machine. Do not take your mowers here. And mine was a gravely. If i could it would've been zero stars.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Owner was so rude to me. I asked him a simple question, very politely, and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I don't know how they've stayed in business all these years. Ladies were nice, the owner not at all.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gravely Hockessin.  From the time I walked in and spoke to Tim about the ZT HD, working with Louise on my accessories and delivery schedule, Jim who delivered it and showed me how to work it and John who told me to count the grass clippings for optimal performance ;)    Ericka was also helpful answering my questions when I called.  Top notch Gravely dealer!
