I spend a lot of money at Lowes. On my last visit, I had to exchange two out of five items purchased. Upon returning the items your customer service was unhelpful and apathetic! Lowe's products are not the quality it used to be. We are now forced to go somewhere else!

Purchased a gas dryer. I smelled gas after the hook up and the installer told me it was just because it was new. Days later, I stilled smelled gas so I called back. They sent a technician out who said it wasn't installed properly. Seemed ok for a few days and then I smelled gas again. Had someone else come out who said the connection was loose and therefore gas was coming out. 3 visits after waiting 2 weeks for a delivery. Customer service is truly the worst I've ever experienced, and that's if you can get someone to answer the phone!

You really don't want me to write a review. I have had nothing but disappointment for a month on issues about promises that were made and never kept. I know the names of many managers there, though I wish I didn't, and I can honestly say I have nothing nice to say about any of them. I made a complaint and was told a representative would contact me from their corporate office in 24 hours and again nothing. I call again only to find out no new notes were taken down for someone to contact me. So I had to explain the entire problem again. I am beginning to believe everyone who works for Lowe's is incompetent or the just don't care. Maybe it's both. At least in the managerial department. I have wasted hours on an old problem that turns into other problems when promises were broken to fix the original problem. Just wow.

Never never buy anything that requires installation from this store. Burned by flooring and appliances. Do yourself a favor and go the extra mile to home depot
