hour access has been down more often than it's been up. Generally at least one piece if equipment is broken. Lifting area equipment is basically on top of one another. Body shop is the superior gym if you're on base.

The place wouldn't be terrible if they didn't make it 24 hours and 90 percent of the time it's closed! There is always a sign that says "Door is down for maintenance". Just go back to normal hours of operation instead of these lies that are fed to me which stunt my gains.

Small gym, pretty crowded, go to the body shop instead if on base. Only good part about it is it is free for military personnel.

The equipment is old, the weight room is small and packed mostly with cardio machines instead of weights, no matter the time seems to always been overly crowded and highly suffocating. More than anything there's a lot of people standing around having conversations and a lot of making people feel self conscious by being creeps and just staring..
