It's truly a place where the people who work at the store are your parents. Very nice people who saved my day getting a new chain. Did cost a little higher than I expected but it's fine. Nice helpful people 9/10

This the type of neighborhood stores that are so great and loving. Mrs.Gray is so helpful and sweet it's impossible to walk in there and not start a 20 min conversation with her about anything other than bikes. This is a family owned business and they treat you like you were their own grandchildren who is getting their first bike. Overall best bike shop in Queens.

They are the best for most bike needs but if your going for high quality bmx and mountain bike parts their won't be much but they are the best for basic bike needs

Kew Gardens and Queens are phenomenally lucky to have a genuine "mom and pop" establishment taking care of us and our bicycles. I first came here fifteen years ago, and the same proprietor and ever-helpful shopkeep Ms. Gray was there then and was there again this morning, bless her and her decades on Lefferts.
