I LOVE GRACO!! Ya know though, looks like with as many "experts" that they have working there, they could figure out the right size toilet seat for the toilet. They put a large seat on a tiny toilet. What gives?! IT'S A HARDWARE STORE WHERE THEY SELL TOILET SEATS! To me, the bathroom would be a place where they could showcase their latest and greatest bathroom hardware. ..... The person that does the decorating in there is AMAZING!! Incredible selection of hardware and tools. They have just about everything i need when i need it.

Everyone is so helpful. The staff meet you at the door to offer assistance Grayco is a little pricey, Butt their helpful assistance is worth an.extra.bit of.change. You never have to wander aimlessly, up and down the aisles, searching for something...like you might at Lowes.

I am not a big hardware store guy but when you walk into this store you are surprised at how nice it is and how well run. They have lots of stuff that a typical hardware store does not like furniture, etc. A great place to get the usual essentials but worth checking out to see if they have other items you might need. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

By far the best hardware store I have ever been in. When you walk through the front door you are almost always greeted by someone asking if they can help you find someone. Unlike Lowes, there employees know where everything is in the store and are very friendly. They also go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. When I went to buy some nuts and bolts, the hardware worker counted them out twice to make sure I had the right amount, the screwed each nut onto a bolt to make sure I didn't get home to find out that one of the threads were messed up. I wouldn't have even thought of it, but it saved me a second trip because he found one nut that wouldn't screw on just right and discarded it. Other examples include employees carrying large items to my car for me, and being especially friendly towards my 3 year old who often shops with me. One employee, after asking permission, even brought him a freshly popped bag of popcorn to eat while he waited for me to check out.
