There were 7 of us including 3 children, arriving about 5:45 on Saturday night. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Menus brought, drink orders taken, and we were able to order promptly. After over 1/2 hour, the two people who ordered salads received them. After 15 minutes more, the two pizza orders were brought. People who arrived after us were served, ate, and left. It was almost an hour before the rest of our food came. The children, particularly, had a difficult time with the wait. Food was good, but because of the wait, we could never go back. We did talk to the manager, who in essence said, "we're doing the best we can." There was a slight reduction in the total bill, but only because we we requested it. Four stars for the food, no stars for the service, averaged to two stars.

Very disappointed. Table was greasy and all the plates were dirty. All prices went up. Ordered calamari, it was half calamari and half hot peppers...?...for $12. Salad was basically iceberg lettuce. Shrimp scampi was okay, but pretty small for $20. We were a party of 7 and they added 20% gratuity to our bill.  Our server was extremely slow and didn't deserve 20%. Place was empty and I see why. I will not return. I will go to A Ca Mia instead.

My husband and our friends had delicious dinners at Grazie Italian Grill.  We all chose something different and each one of us enjoyed our dinner.  The meals were hot and the portions were plentiful. Service was excellent.  We all said we would come back again.  So glad we went!

This restaurant is a TREASURE CHEST of Italian tastes.  No matter how much or how little you order, you will be blown away.  Franco, the owner/operator is a dude and a half.  This man knows what he is doing;.  I hope this review hits him and  his incredible staff (not ONLY the Chef) right where it should.....in the "thank you" place.  We visit often and will continue to do so.

First I came in to ask about reservations, the host didn't know if you did reservations or not and told me to go ask at the take out counter. So I walked over to the take out desk on the other side of the restaurant and waited for about 5 minutes, and was ignored by the 2 bartenders. So I left to catch a movie on time. 

We came back to the restaurant after the movie, and was ignored by the host when we walked in. After a few minutes I asked the host if I had to give my name, she said no and seated us at a wobbly high top table. We didn't mind that it was a high top, but you should definitely fix your table. The dishes were sliding all over.

We were promised bread to start and it didn't come until right before our meals came out. The Italian wedding soup was pretty good. I didn't know it was different from the Italian wedding soup that you get in a can, so I was concerned that I got the wrong soup at first, but that's ok.

We didn't get any dip for the bread, just packaged slices of butter, for the price of everything on the menu, I'd think you guys could afford some oil and real butter.

Our meals came out and the eggplant was pretty decent, but the pasta and Alfredo was very very very disappointing. Completely flavorless and watery. No seasoning in the Alfredo at all, was probably just cream and butter. Literally the most bland Alfredo sauce I've ever had in my life. I was told that you guys had THE BEST Alfredo in the area. We figured that maybe the business had new owners or a new chef.

Desert was OK.

Waitress was nice.

Not coming back for dinner, I may try the pizza sometime.
