Consistently good. I get a different entree every time I come, but I always get the chicken and wild rice soup and tiramisu. If you get anything with a cream based sauce, it will be rich and fatty with lots of oil. This is pretty typical Italian-inspired American food, not much for authenticity but it still tastes good. I always get good service here, sometimes it’s a little bit slow.

Their food is pretty good, I would recommend the spicy garlic pasta dish if you like a bit of heat and some really good chicken. They are not very good at planning on holidays though. We took my father out for Father's day, we even had a reservation, but the service took almost 2 hours in total, with us needing to wait past our reservation time. I'd recommend this place for lunch, even though it is a bit more pricey.

Fantastic experience. The food was delicious and served quickly and the staff was friendly. We really adored our server, Joann. It was so nice to finally eat at a restaurant where everything tasted like it was made from scratch.

I guess this just goes to prove that you can't always rely on good reviews when selecting a restaurant. This was our first and last time we will be going to Gratzis. The bread and dipping oil were great, the calamari was excellent and you can't beat $5 martinis on Fridays. However, service was mediocre and we could tell our server didn't even want to serve us (we have 3 kids that barely ever eat, so we decided to just share our meals with them, which I'm sure didn't help). I ordered the crab ravioli as it was a Friday, and it was overwhelmingly onion flavored!! So much so that I couldn't even eat it!!! I had given one ravioli to each kid before even trying it myself. I then took one bite and put my fork down. I gave half a ravioli to my husband who also agreed that it was awful. When the server came to check on us, we told them that I did not like the dish and it was way too oniony. He did offer to get me something else, but I didn't want anything. However, he also said, "That's weird, this is our most popular dish on Fridays." There was no offer to comp any of the food, and we didn't see a manager the whole time we were there to even mention it to. It would have been nice to at least have had my $17 dish comped, that not even the kids touched...or desserts...or ability to talk with a manager...anything. We won't be back and we don't recommend. As reference both my husband and myself have worked for many years in restaurants and know great service and restaurant experiences when we see them.

Pretty good atmosphere. Staff was nice and courteous. Food is a little on the pricey side for what you get. Good food but not THAT good for the prices.
