Food was fine. Nothing special but it was exactly what I ordered. Newly remodeled restaurant but still smelled like paint and varnish so it was off-putting (just reopened). We liked that they now have Coke Freestyle. We were there after 9 p.m.- love the half price apps and pie! Our only complaint is that restaurant staff should wear uniforms for a professional appearance.

Waited 40 minutes for a waitress to take our order, which never happened so we decided to leave. The hostess was wonderful! Teenyboppers couldn’t stop talking to one another long enough to pay attention to their customers. Another couple next to us waited 20 minutes for their check. We love the Perkins in our hometown and are sad that customer service doesn’t extend to all of the areas.

The breakfast food is decent, and the pie is delicious, but thats all I would recommend. The service is fairly slow at times and at best it is moderate speed. It's a very okay diner, but I wouldn't go here for lunch or dinner

Stick with what you know. 2 strikes with dinner tonight. 1st up, CHICKEN POT PIE. 3 FASTBALLS FOR 3 STRIKES. Inside was runny, not thick & creamy. Taste? Dishwater comes to mind. Returned. Next up, the NEW..STEAK & PEPPERS. SWINGING BUNT. THROWN OUT AT 1ST. 5 Strips of red pepper, 1st 2 pcs of meat were mostly grizzle, the other 7-8 pcs (some were just specs) we're chewable. I think there were 1 or 2 mushrooms. The salad was good! I should've had breakfast or a burger.
