I ordered a cake through Uber Eats to be delivered tonight for my daughter’s birthday. Uber Eats cancelled the order at the very last minute leaving my daughter in tears. I called Great American Cookies to find out what had happened & received the best possible service!!! It turned out that there was confusion because there were 2 orders made through Uber eats with the same first name. The mall was closing in 10 minutes so there was no way I could make it there on time to pick up. The kind woman at the store asked me for my address and phone number and told me she would make sure my daughter got her birthday cake! Keke & Asjha went completely out of their way, after closing up their store no less, to make sure that my daughter received her beautiful birthday cake tonight! And these lovely women showed up with huge smiles on their faces & seemed as excited to bring the cake to my daughter as my daughter was to receive it! Thank you so much, Keke & Asjha!!!
Hannah and Zackary was working and it just turn 9pm closing will we was sitting at the front of counter waiting for services..Granddaughter wanted a cookie and they both refunded to sale us the cookies in the display. HANNAH stated that she was going to put the cookies in the back for tomorrow sale and they close. So I replied ok so you are not going to sale to us due to you are now close while we was waiting on services and the register is still open and u are talking to your friends correct Hannah stated " Yes" So I sit down right at the sit across from them and begin this review. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES; POOR SERVICE AND THE COMPANY NEED TO DO MORE SECERT VISIT REVIEWS ON THEIR BUSINESS TO SEE WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING REGULARLY. They are shouting, playing and not closing on time as I know procedures are in order to follow.
Having walked up to the counter in place an order in the past and as expected had to wait a little while. No big deal. So this time I ordered online. Said it would be ready at 12:34pm 2 April 2022. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait longer. Sat down next to the store and waited. Saw other people sit next to me get called and got there order and leave. I got up at 1:25pm and asked if they could just cancel it. The person said they had been calling me. I said will I've been sitting right there waiting and saw customers come go and saw them call up other customers for their order.
Amazing!! I ordered a personalized cookie cake for our axe league members and Amber did a fabulous job!!! It tasted great and looked perfect! Beyond expectations!
My mom got me this cake today. She said she only asked for Mickey Ears but came back and the person drew on the castle too. Talk about going above and beyond. She did not catch his name, but thank you! I loved it.
Greatest and best place to get cookie cakes! They have the yummiest cookies and BEST SERVICE!! We’ve been buying from this location for over 15 years and feel bad for not leaving a review sooner! I have to admit I had pretty low expectations for this place since it’s in the mall but wow the cookies are delicious. I really like the “cookies & cream” flavor. It’s like crunchy and soft at the same time. They really know how to make good cookies here. And the staff is surprisingly friendly too. Overall pleasant experience.
Amber made us a special birthday cookie and I have to say she made the day! Not only did she make a beautiful, customer, delicious cookie cake, she hand delivered it to our party and wished the birthday girl happy birthday. She went way above and beyond to make the day special. I highly recommend Amber and the American Cookie Company in NE Mall to anyone celebrating. They will make your day memorable for a lifetime. Thank you Amber!!
Got an Easter Cookie Cake and Amber did such a great job on it. It was a delicious and everyone enjoyed it!
Althought the cookies were good, the girl working was so rude.. althiugh cookies were good sont wanna go back there...
