The company is looking to make a quick buck. I was very disappointed with their approach and aggressive scheduling.

So sad to write this review. Mistakes happen.  How they're handled is what matters.   A nail was driven thru my air conditioner line during siding installation(didn't find out until the first time we ran the air).  I was told by the Gramex to get a pressure test and if it came back zero pressure the cost to repair etc would b taken care of the next day from gramex.   The test would b reimbursed as well(500 apprx).  Of course it was the second week myself and my children were without air and it was into the high 80s and low 90s.   Now the story changes and the repair and or replacement was not happening unless I ripped the siding off and proved to Sam it was a nail because, "there is no way we put a nail through your a/c line."  I knew it was a nail, 100% confident. I was forced to call out another hvac(received 2 other bids with the same remediation recommendation), who came out on a sat, to replace the unit.  Due to the issue and complexity of my issue, the owner of Integrity hvac himself came out to locate not only the leak but the cause.   The cost to tear out the old line, re run a new one, tear off siding and then replace the freon was NOT cost effective.  It was the recommendation to replace the unit by multiple hvac companies.

This fabricated story that I did not pay my contract is disturbing and false.  I've spent over 30k and then another 6k for a new unit due to the nail being driving into the line.  It's shocking the owner flatly refuses to acknowledge the damage done and stand behind the integrity of what they claim to represent.  

No one can prevent all mistakes when dealing with people but integrity is everything and this owner has proven there r bad business practices out there.   I'm truly stunned at the response, the arrogance, the lies and the worst part, not taking care of the damage they've caused.
