NRC has changed the way I view my home!  I love our new siding and gutters. The company made it easy to get approved by my insurance, and handled basically the whole process for me.  They came to my house numerous times for me to go over paperwork and brought a very wide variety of colors to chose my new siding color (my favorite part). I was very impressed with the work. The employees worked very hard and all day. You really get a sense of pride in there work. Good enough is not acceptable.  The most impressive aspect was Brian Flavin the public adjuster. He was there for every step of the process he also made himself available for me 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He made it feel like family members where doing the work. I live in a city devastated by hail and wind damage there are hundreds of houses they are working on but i never felt neglected. It was like i was the only one getting work done and i feel it was because of Brian. 5 stars and would suggest them to anyone needing work done.

I give NRC  the highest review excellent customer service the ladies and men in the office took very good care of me. I have recommended several people to them that is very pleased.
