Not a issue for me, I have no problems going here. People may say it's this, or that. Then apparently they had silver spoons in there mouths.  I want raise that way!! Especially the bbq spot!!!

This is a good store for a quick shopping trip. Prices are high sometimes, but they have great sales. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Produce section looks very dirty. The displays that produce is sitting on needs a good disinfecting wipe down and the aluminum foil in some sections need replacing. Some spots looked like it had mold. 

There is a great bbq and smoked meats and sides section that I do really like. Often it's a little bit too over smoked. I had the mac n cheese and chicken and my mouth went numb bc it was over smoked. 

It's an ok grocery store if you need to get something in a pinch but be sure to thoroughly wash produce and check expiration dates, etc. 

Prices aren't cheap, nor expensive. Just reasonable. I try not to shop there bc I'm afraid of getting sick.

Enjoyed our visit.  Old fashioned grocery store with a new twist.  Great American is probably on of the oldest grocery stores in Watertown.  The store could use some renovation.  Some of the prices, especially for name brands are a little high, but the also have some good sales.  Recently they added a barbeque counter.     We  tried the pulled pork and smoked beans, both delicious.  We are looking forward to going back.

Has a great deli with bbq pork. Bottle return is out front and there are fresh doughnut in the back.
