My husband and I just moved here from the midwest.  Prior to that we lived in the Pacific Northwest and enjoyed purchasing items at Rite Aid.  We were happy to find several locally at Watertown.  Our receipt shows Cashier #46812773. 

We went in to Rite Aid today to purchase an item that was on sale. We found said item, we were asked about the Plenticard, and ended up signing up for one.  

While I am sure that Kidcents is a great charity I was never asked if I wanted my change to go towards it.  The answer today would have been, "No, not today", yet it was donated without my consent. I'll be honest, my husband and I are upset about it, and will not be returning to Rite Aid for this reason alone. 

It's unfortunate my receipt didn't have a survey on it, as I too woukd have left this on there.

I remember a cashier let me go when I was 10 cents short. May not seem like much but I'll always remember it.

Consistently poor service from the pharmacy, both at this location and the Arsenal Street one. Prescription pickups that should have been ready hours ago were only even started on once I arrived, and then took 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend picking up prescriptions from other, non-Rite Aid pharmacies.
